Q: I purchased a workshop or course but can’t find the access link. What should I do?

A: First, check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for an email from orders@reputationrevenue.com. Still missing? Email me directly and I’ll get it sorted.

Q: How long will it take to hear back from you?

A: I typically respond within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. If it’s been longer, your message may have landed in the wrong place—feel free to resend.

Q: Can I reschedule my 1:1 coaching session?

A: Of course! Just include your preferred new date/time in your message. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can keep things flowing smoothly.

Q: I downloaded something, but the file won’t open. Help?

A: Technology hiccups happen. Let me know what you’re experiencing (include the file name if you can), and I’ll send you a fresh copy.

Q: I’m not sure which service is right for me. Can I talk to someone?

A: Absolutely. Send me a message with a few lines about what you’re looking for support with, and I’ll point you in the right direction—sometimes that’s a program, sometimes it’s a personalized session.
